Happy Hump day everyone! Belinda here from Bee’s hive of drama…

It’s a monster to have no inclination to craft isn’t it? Although I want to craft it seems the universe is against that idea…instead it is encouraging me to do endless loads of laundry, to mop the floor, to pick up EVERYTHING that ends up on the ground. Apparently, the universe and I are having an argument about what REALLY makes me happy. Apparently the universe thinks that it will win an argument with me…I have news for it…you may be winning the battle but I will win the war.

I did this card last year not a big thang when you consider that last year was actually just a couple of weeks ago. I used Trendy Twine in Krazy for KraftMy Thoughts Exactly Under the Sea sentiment stamps, some recollections paper in that great monstrous green and kraft brown (which I CANNOT find- Thanks Michaels for a lesson in frustration) and my monster svgs in the ooey gooey collection.

Just a note . . .

Happy Hogmanay from Scotland everyone!

Wow, this year has flown so fast and now we are on the eve of a brand spanking New Year.

Tracy here today to share a sample of the cards I have made to let a few important people know how much I appreciate them with the help of My Thoughts Exactly Sentiment stamps.

Today I have used the sentiment

Just a note

from the More Mini Thoughts set.

Did I mention that Alyssa has a sale going on right now?

Woohooo she sure does … so be sure to pop on by the store and grab a bargain!

Super quick and easy peasy cards

20121231_151528

Along with the sentiment stamp I pulled together a few Tim Holtz Distress ink pads, Glitz paper and a Donna Downey stamp.

I love distressing and shabby..so I just let loose on the paper and went with the flow adding some splats of water along the way.

I can not believe that I have been on this Amazing design team for a year and working alongside some of the most kindest and inspiring ladies I  know ….. so I hope you don`t mind but I thought I would also share my first ever design team project with you all.

One Piece Fall Open Box

Hello, Kendra from Luv2Scrap here to share a fun project with you!

First off, I hope you are having a wonderful holiday season with your family and friends!

I have one last project, that is Christmas related that I wanted to share with you!

Have you had a chance to try the new One Piece Fall Open Box?

I love it!  It is so fun to create!

Here’s the one I quickly created for a little extra gift for a friend!

So fun!

Inside contents…Yummy!!

You could fill the inside with all kinds of little things, I thought it would even be fun to add a gift card!

This cute little bow would be great for any holiday!

The tag I created on the top using Holly Jolly Tags!

Have a wonderful day and wishing you a happy new year!!

MTE Design Team Post or Merry Merry Merry!

A portion of the cards & tags I made for my sister…

I was happily crafting last weekend, making Christmas Cards for my sister. She is generously taking my little family to Disneyland for Christmas, so this was the least I could do for her.

I used Holly Jolly Phrases & Holly Jolly Tags, spellbinders, Lettering Delights simple shapes- Christmas with a shadow layer for the tags, I used Trendy Twine in Blueberry, Peppermint Stick, Berry, Holiday Holly Berry. For the base card I used Kraft Brown from Michaels (which they are not selling at the moment-grrrrrr). The photo cards are my own design Window Cards on SvgsbyBee.com I also used the HollyMe Svg that I’m offering for free. It is in SVG and DXF formats so you may use it in Make the Cut, Sure Cuts Alot, and Silhouette Studio.

Your Holly Me file will be in a compressed folder- you will need to extract it before you can use it in your programs…

Whimsical Tree . . .

Hi everyone, Tracy here from Queenies today.

Here is my whimsical tree for the holidays ready to gift to someone special.

I took an assortment of wood ends, cut varying sizes to make my tree, added chipboard letters, painted with white acrylic paint and hot glued it all together…ahhhh I can`t imagine life without my hot glue gun, lol!

I have 3 main wishes for the person who it is going to . . .

. . . to find love . . .

 . . . making new memories . . .

… and always to have Hope!

Along with the tree I have more hearts in a mason jar with words. . . using air dry clay and MTE Sentiment stamps,  but it is a gift so I can only share the ones above right now.

But if you stay tuned I can share on my next posting day!

The ones here are from my go to set

Sweet Thoughts

I adore this set, so many altered art, cards, layouts …the list of what you can create with them is endless!!!

Before I go I want to wish you all

MTE Design Team post or With friends like these there will always be laughter

Happy Holidays everyone! It’s Bee here from the hive O drama

Do you have friends? I mean real friends? Really good friends? I hope you do, because we should all have those people that make us lighten up, make us feel not so awkward, help us find the funny in the maddening. I have friends like these, and guess where I met them, at my twins school. Volunteering. Yes… I found some hilarious, kind hearted and twisted women I can call my very own. I wish you friendship for Christmas, because you deserve it.

As any good friend should do, I got my girls chocolate and of course had to wrap it up in a nice little package. I have to say hearing them make “big” over the boxes made be uber happy, you know that feeling :)

I used SvgCuts tied surprise boxesMTE Holly Jolly tagsMTE Holly Jolly Phrases (both of which are on sale for $9.00 each!). I wanted to keep the box itself simple with kraft brown and add the bling. I did find some great little embellishments from K&Co, Trendy Twine in Holly Berry (enabler alert-It’s on sale for $7.95!) & Sky in my great hoarding stash.

I used the Recollections paper that has a light sheen-It stamps
super easy and adds the lovely sparkle.

I sure enjoyed making these, they were just what I needed to calm my addled Christmas frenzied brain. Therapy in it’s simplest form.

Fill Your Stockings…..

With Smiles and Love!

Such a sweet sentiment!

You can get this sentiment in the Holly Jolly Phrases.

Hi everyone it’s Lenae here from SugarGem. Today I made a simple little Christmas stocking tag card using the Holly Jolly Phrases set.  I am so excited to finally be making some Christmas projects. I have still been so busy that anytime I can get a chance to craft I jump at the chance. I unpacked all my Christmas goodies the other day. Do you do that? Every year I pack all my Christmas papers, stamps and embellishments into a box and store it away for the year. Then when December rolls around I get to unpack everything and it’s like opening presents on Christmas. I feel like a kid. I usually forget about 90% of what I have.

Ok friends have a great weekend and hopefully I inspired you a little bit!

If I can inspire just one person today I have done my job!

Happy Birthday

Hello to all our crafty friends!  Kendra here with a quick birthday card to share!

One of my niece’s recently turned 10 and I was really stumped on what kind of card to make her!  So I did a little searching for ideas around blog land and Pinterest!

I ended up finding a cute idea on Pinterest and kind of went off of it!

I really like how it turned out, so fun!

For the large Happy Birthday sentiment I used the Big Thoughts set!  Such a great set!!

Have a great day!
